Frequently Asked Questions
Booking & Pricing
-
We recommend booking 3-6 months ahead for weddings and corporate events, especially for The Orchid and The Bouquet packages during peak wedding season (May-October). Smaller parties, or the The Sweet Pea and The Peony packages, can often be booked with less notice, subject to availability.
-
Yes. Your date is reserved once your contract is signed and a non-refundable 50% retainer is paid.
-
Active hours are when the booth is live and staffed for guest use. Idle hours are when it's paused, say during a ceremony or dinner, and are billed at a lower rate so you're not paying full price for downtime.
The Booth Experience
-
Guests step into our enclosed photo booth, where the built-in touchscreen walks them through the entire session: choosing a print template and taking their photos. Prints are ready instantly outside the booth, and everything is also available for instant digital sharing via a QR code.
-
Our attendant stays nearby the whole time to help with any tech questions from guests, keep the line moving smoothly, and step in if anything needs attention. They don't need to be in the booth with your guests unless you'd like them there. Most guests enjoy the booth on their own.
-
The booth comfortably fits three people at a time, though we welcome crowded photos as long as the booth is respected! Guests are always welcome to come back for another round throughout the event.
